We offer laser plates for CO2 and YAG lasers. If you have a CO2 or YAG laser system with advanced software, small spot size and quality power control, our laser plate material will enable you to make plates in just a few minutes. THIN STAINLESS STEEL PLATES

Printek was the first to develop thin stainless steel plates.
Advantages of plates are:
- very long runs up to 1 million impressions - low cost
- fast delivery on all sizes

- no rusting even under extreme humidity
- easy storage (for repeat printing)
- light weight

Printek’s stainless magnetic steel is manufactured in Sweden. The steel has a very fine grain surface, clean of impurities, is highly polished and meets the highest flatness standards.

POLYMER PLATES

Printek provides polymer plates made by all leading plate manufacturers. Our plate cutting equipment will give you precise dimensions and a smooth edge. We are equipped with precision dies for all the popular plates in the market. Plates are packaged to meet your specifications. Printek provides one to two day service.

THICK (10m.m.) HIGH SPEED STEEL PLATES

Printek provides High Speed Steel (H.S.S.) plates of the following grades of steel: D2-D4-M2-SKD11. Plates are heat treated and annealed under vacuum eliminating internal stresses. Each plate is milled to remove surface impurities, heat treated, ground, lapped and then etched with customers' artwork. All the grinding, lapping and etching is done in our premises. We can process any size plate. Each plate can be reprocessed up to 40 times, cutting the price of each successive plate in about half. Example: an M2 plate will provide a minimum of 2 million impressions.
H.S.S. plates are used in the automotive, medical and electronic industries when very long runs are required.
