LASER ENGRAVING

We can engrave on to polymer plates, plastics, wood, ceramics, acrylic, glass, anodized aluminum, leather, some metals and more.
Laser marking or engraving is a computer-driven, environmentally friendly alternative to silk screening, pad printing, stamping, mechanical engraving, chemical etching, and many other costly, lower quality processes. Our high-speed non-contact process provides superior quality, permanence and design flexibility. Laser marking can achieve accuracy in small detail engraving unmatched by any other engraving method.

PLATE MAKING SERVICES

We can etch using one of our computer-to-plate laser systems. The quality is excellent, turnaround is quick just e-mail us the artwork and there is no film positive charges.  Both small and large orders are completed very quickly – within 1-2 business days from submission of all necessary files and information.

We make 5 types of plates:

• Polymer plates for short runs*       (5000 to 10,000 impressions)
• YAG laser plates for short runs (10,000 to 20,000 impressions)
• CO2 laser plates for short runs (10,000 to 20,000 impressions)
• Thin steel plates for medium runs (200,000 impressions)
• 10mm steel plates for long runs (over 1,000,000 impression

TOOLING FIXTURES
To make a good imprint you need good tooling, a good quality tooling must be machined, cast or formed. Our machine shop and extensive experience enable us to produce precision tooling fixtures at reasonably prices.

SCREEN MAKING
All our wooden screens are tongue & grooved made of superior dry lumber. Dipped in solvent proof varnish. Screens are of high tension; clear or yellow mesh 110-440 LPI
