PRINTEK'S PADS
We use only the highest quality oven cured silicones and we
can provide custom pads in 2-3 days from start to finish. Standard pads
are mounted on 9-ply marine plywood with a threaded metal insert. Aluminum
base is available per customer's request.

develop
thin
stainless
steel
plates.
• THIN ETCHED STEEL PAD PRINTING PLATES: Thin steel plates are designed for medium volume runs (50,000 to 200,000 impressions). Thin steel plates offer a superior surface finish for super clean doctoring. They are available in punched or un-punched.
• THICK ETCHED STEEL PAD PRINTING PLATES: Thick steel plates (10mm thick) are designed for high resolution and high volume printing runs (over a million impressions). These plates are lapped to a flatness of plus or minus .001" and are available in a wide range of sizes.
