Pad Printing Plate Making Service
For those customers who do not make pad printing plates in house, Printek offers plate making services. All plates are etched using either acid etching or one of our direct-to-plate laser systems so the quality is excellent and quick turnaround. Both small and large orders are completed very quickly within 2-3 business days from submission of all necessary files and information.

Laser Engraving
We can engrave on to polymer plates, plastics, wood, ceramics, acrylic, glass, anodized aluminum, leather, some metals and more.
Laser marking or engraving is a computer-driven, environmentally friendly alternative to silk screening, pad printing, stamping, mechanical engraving, chemical etching, and many other costly, lower quality processes. Our high-speed non-contact process provides superior quality, permanence and design flexibility. Laser marking can achieve accuracy in small detail engraving unmatched by any other engraving method.
Tooling
To make a good imprint you need good tooling, a good quality nest must be machined, cast or formed. Our machine shop and extensive experience enable us to produce precision tooling and nest at reasonably prices.
Screens
All our wooden screens are tongue & grooved made of superior dry lumber. Dipped in solvent proof varnish.
